摘要
以认知理论为研究出发点,通过对企业惯例演化的重新梳理和解读,引入团队认知理论的核心概念——团队互动,在探讨团队互动与企业惯例关系的过程中,引入以形成共同知识为目标的"知识共享",构建出一个认知视角下的基于团队互动的企业惯例演化的结构框架,并以此为基础,提出以知识共享为中介的团队互动与企业惯例的关系模型和研究命题。
Cognition as a theoretical starting point for research by combing and re-interpretation of the evolution of business routines, the introduction of the core concepts of team cognition theory -team interac- tion in the investigate team interaction and enterprise routines between the introduction of common knowl- edge form the objective of "knowledge sharing", to build the structural framework of a cognitive perspec- five, the evolution of enterprise routines based on team interaction, and this framework is proposed based on knowledge sharing for team interaction and enterprise routines of the intermediary the relational model and research propositions, and finally pointed out that the lack of the article and subsequent in-depth study of the prospect.
