摘要
目的探讨红皮病型银屑病的诱发因素及治疗方法。方法对40例红皮病型银屑病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果多种因素可诱发或加重红皮病型银屑病，不规则使用糖皮质激素、中药的不合理应用、感染为其主要诱因。根据不同病情采取不同治疗方案，40例患者治疗的总有效率为85．0％。结论合理规范的治疗是影响红皮病型银屑病预后的重要因素。阿维A联合雷公藤多甙、甲氨喋呤、环孢素治疗红皮病型银屑病效果好，复方甘草酸苷作为辅助用药值得I临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the cause and therapy of erythrodermic psoriasis. Methods The clinical data of 40 cases of the erythredermic psoriasis was analyzed retrospectively. Results There were various factors that could cause and worsen erythredermic psoriasis, among them the main causes were irregular use of glueocorticoid, irrational applica- tion of traditional Chinese medicine and infection. According to different states of each case, different therapies were a- dopted. The overall effective rate was 85.0%. Conclusion A rational and regular therapy should be applied in the treatment of erythrodermic psoriasis. Avi A combined with tripterygium wilfordii, methotrexate, and cyclosporin are effec- tive in the treatment of erythroderrnic psoriasis. Compound glycyrrhizin can also be a clinical auxiliary option and it de- serves to be widely applied in the treatment of the erythrodermic psoriasis.
