摘要 目的通过与标准肺功能仪(比利时麦迪体描仪)对比来评估便携式肺功能仪的效度。方法采用比利时麦迪体描仪S5500和便携式肺功能仪分别测量45位受试者[平均年龄(52.8±18.67)岁,其中男性27人]通气功能,对比2台仪器测量的FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF、MEF75、MEF50、MEF25等指标。结果 2台仪器测量的指标之间存在高度相关性(P<0.05),FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF、MEF75、MEF50、MEF25的相关系数r分别为0.97、0.977、0.853、0.929、0.929、0.868、0.857。Bland-Altman图示所有数据中只有2~3个数据位于一致性范围以外。便携式肺功能仪测量数据普通较低,2台仪器测量的FVC、FEV1、PEF、MEF75间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论便携式肺功能仪可用于肺通气功能检测。 Objective To assess the validity of a portable spirometer, compared with a diagnostic spirometer (Medisoft BodyBox S5500, Belgium). Methods A group of 45 patients ( mean age 52.8 ± 18.67 years, 27 male) were tested with both a portable spirometer and Medisoft BodyBox S5500, according to the guidelines of the American Thoracic Society. Then the results of the FVC, FEV1, FEV1/ FVC, PEF, MEF75, MEFS0, and MEF25 obtained from both spirometers were contrasted. Results Pulmonary function measurements from the portable spirometer correlated closely with those from the Medisoft BodyBox. The r of those parameters was 0.97, 0. 977, 0. 853, 0. 929, 0. 929, 0. 868, and 0. 857 respectively for FVC, FEVI, FEV1/FVC, PEF, MEF75, MEFS0, and MEF25. Bland -Altman chart showed good limits of agreement between the two apparatus, only two or three data were beyond the limits of agreement. The differences were statistically significant for FVC, FEV1, PEF, MEF75 from both apparatus ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The portable spirometer can be used for testing lung ventilation function.
