摘要
心肌桥（myocardialbridge，MB）是冠状动脉造影中比较常见的征像，且一般认为心肌桥是一种良性经过，绝大多数情况下不会造成明显的症状。但近期我们成功抢救1例因心肌桥导致急性广泛前壁心肌梗死，弓『起持续性室性心动过速、心室颤动而致猝死的患难者，现报告如下。
