喷施叶面肥对塔罗科血橙果实色泽的影响

摘要 【目的】研究在塔罗科血橙转色期喷施不同浓度叶面肥对果实色泽的影响,为栽培过程中改善果实色泽提供参考。【方法】采用正交试验设计L9(34)在植株转色期间喷施叶面肥(钾肥+钙肥+硼肥+锌肥),定期测定果实色泽的变化,对叶面肥主要因子与果实色泽主要指标进行分析比较。【结果】硼肥对果实色泽影响作用最大,其次是锌肥,钙肥作用最小;硼肥对色泽a/b值、亮度、色饱和度的影响达到极显著水平。色泽a/b值随硼肥浓度增加呈先降后增趋势,亮度、色饱和度随硼肥浓度增加呈先升后降趋势;锌肥对色泽a/b值的影响达到极显著水平,色泽a/b值随锌肥浓度增加呈下降趋势。【结论】在塔罗科血橙转色期,硼肥、锌肥对果实色泽的改善作用大于钾肥、钙肥。不同种类和浓度的叶面肥对塔罗科血橙果实色泽的改善作用存在一定差异性。 [Objective ]This research studied the different Tarocco blood orange (Citrus siuensis (L.) Osbeck.)col- oration effects after spraying the fruits with different concentrations of foliar fertilizer in order to provide reference for fruit cultivation and fruit color improvement. [Method ]Using the L9 (34) orthogonal experimental designed foliar fertilizers (potassium fertilizer+ calcium fertilizer+ boron fertilizer+ zinc fertilizer) to spray on plants during the coloration turning pe- riod, the fruit color changes were regularly measured and the main factors affecting the foliar fruit color index were ana- lyzed and compared. [Result]The effect of boron fertilizer had maximum effect on the fruit color, followed by the effect of zinc fertilizer; the effect of calcium fertilizer had minimal effect. The effect of boron fertilizer on the a/b color value, brightness, and color saturation reached exceptionally significant level. As the boron fertilizer concentration increased, the a/b color value first decreased then increased, whereas the brightness and color saturation first increased then decreased. The effect of zinc fertilizer on a/b color value reached extremely significant level; the a/b color value increased as the zinc fertilizer concentration decreased. [ Conclusion ] During the color transferring period of Tarocco blood orange, the fruit col- oring effects of boron and zinc fertilizers were better than those of potassium and calcium fertilizers. Different types and concentrations of foliar fertilizers had varying effects on the improvement of Tarocco blood orange fruit coloring.
