摘要
目的筛选和优化参斛颗粒水提组的提取工艺。方法以丹酚酸B含量、多糖含量及固形物量为考察指标,采用正交实验设优选参斛颗粒剂的水提工艺。结果最佳工艺为丹参、五味子醇提后的药渣和方中其他药物水提,采用12倍量水,提取2次,每次1 h。结论用正交法优选参斛颗粒剂的提取工艺稳定、可行。
Objective To study the optimized extraction process of water extract of Shenhu granules. Methods The contents of salvianolic acids B, polysaccharide and dry extract from the drug were chosed as the index, and the optimum conditions were investigated by orthogonal test. Results The optimized extraction process was 10 folds amount ofwater, 2 times, one hours. Conclusion The optimized extraction process is scientific and efficient.
