门静脉高压性胃粘膜病变的治疗现状

目的 探索治疗门静脉高压性胃粘膜病变 (PHG)的有效联合方案。方法 通过复习近 10年来国内、外有关门静脉高压性胃粘膜病变文献 ,提出一组联合治疗方案。结果 门静脉高压性胃粘膜病变无论从内镜下还是组织学病变特征 ,均与其它胃病迥然有别 ,治疗上有其独特之处。结论 降低门静脉压 ,减少胃粘膜高灌注 ,疏通胃静脉回流以改善粘膜循环 ,加用抗幽门螺杆菌感染等 。

Objective To explore a combined effective treatment plan for portal hypertensive gastropathy(PHG). Methods A combined treatment plan was made on revewing of literatures of PHG published in recent 10 years in the world. Results The endoscopic and pathological changes, and the treatment of PHG were obviously different form other gastropathy. Conclutions It is a worthy treatment plan inclding reducing portal pressure, decreasing the high blood perfusion to gastric mucosa, improving gastric venous flow and microcirculation, and using antihelicobacter pylori infection.
