摘要
采用再结晶退火的方式对挤压态AZ91镁合金晶粒细化,并将细化后的镁合金进行真空扩散焊研究。剪切试验结果表明,在固定压力为10 MPa和真空度为16 Pa的条件下,扩散焊温度470℃、保温时间90 min时,抗剪强度最大为52.83 MPa。在一定范围内升高焊接温度,接头强度有所提高,扩散焊温度和保温时间共同影响扩散焊接头的性能。试样焊接表面的处理,对焊接效果有明显影响。
In this investigation,with the refined AZ91 magnesium alloys,the vacuum diffusion bonding was studied.The grain size of as-extruded AZ91 magnesium alloys had been refined by recrystallization anneal.The shear strength results showed that,in a particular situation that bonding pressure and vacuum degree were fixed as 10 MPa and 16 Pa respectively,the maximum shear strength was 51.95 MPa with the temperature of 470 ℃ and holding time of 90 min.With the rising of diffusion temperature,the shear strength value increased.The cleanliness of diffusion surface had a great effect on the quality of the bonding joints.
