摘要
采用多种手段分析不同条件预合金粉末对金刚石刀头的影响。研究结果表明:预合金粉末的成分不同,其与金刚石表面的润湿性差异比较明显,依据各种金属的物理化学性能及金刚石工具的使用要求灵活优化选择;预合金粉末的氧含量越高,将在烧结的过程中产生大量的氧化夹杂物,影响其与金刚石颗粒的良好润湿,降低粘结强度;预合金粉末与金刚石热压烧结气氛不同,其与金刚石颗粒之间的连接效果会对金刚石刀头产生致命的影响。
The effects of pre-alloy powder of different conditions on diamond bit were gotten by using different analytical methods.The results showed that the difference of wettability between pre-alloy powder of different composition and surface of diamond were obvious.It should select resonably by physical chemistry property of metal and operational requirement of diamond tool.If the oxygen content of the pre-alloyed powders was high,it would generate a number of oxide inclusion during the sintering.It would affect wettablity of pre-alloyed powders and diamond particles,and reduce the bond strength.Different hot pressure sintering atmospheres would also affect the strength of joint between pre-alloyed powders and diamond particles.
