兔消化管肥大细胞美蓝活体染色法的探讨

The study of Methylene Blue in vivo staining of mast cells of rabbit's digestive tube

目的:探讨显示消化管肥大细胞的形态以及血管之间的关系。方法:兔活体美蓝注射显示肥大细胞,灌注明胶卡红显示血管,并通过阿利新蓝和Allen氏中性红染色,进行比较观察肥大细胞。结果:美蓝注射法,肥大细胞呈蓝紫色颗粒,阿利新蓝染色呈蓝色颗粒,Allen氏中性红染色颗粒为红色;它们常成群分布于消化管的结缔组织、固有层和小血管周围。结论:通过活体美蓝注射-明胶卡红灌注,观察小肠和胃肥大细胞与毛细血管之间分布的关系,试图证明此法是一种显示消化管肥大细胞的理想方法。

Objective： To study the morphology of mast cells of digestive ducts by staining methods and their relationship with blood vessels.Methods： Methylene Blue was injected into rabbits to stain and show mast cells,perfusion of gelatin coccinellin to display blood vessels,and Alcian Blue and Allen＇s neutral red staining to observe and compare the morphology of mast cells.Results： By Methylene Blue in vivo staining method,mast cells showed purple blue granules;by Alcian Blue staining,they showed blue granules;by Allen＇s neutral red dying,the presented red.Mast cells often distributed in groups in connective tissue,lamina propria and around small blood vessels of digestive tube.Conclusion： Through Methylene Blue in vivo injection-gelatin coccinellin infusion to observe the distribution relationship between the intestines and stomach mast cells and capillaries,seems to be an ideal method to display mast cells of digestive ducts.
