摘要
目的:探讨乳酸杆菌对过敏性鼻炎(AR)大鼠血清中IgE、IL-4和IL-5含量的影响。方法:SD大鼠,40只随机分为正常组、模型组、乳酸杆菌组及阳性药对照组4组,每组10只。乳酸杆菌组每天用乳酸杆菌活菌制剂1.5mg/g以无菌稀释液溶解后灌胃3周;正常组、模型组及阳性药对照组均予无菌稀释液灌胃3周。模型组、乳酸杆菌组及阳性药对照组建立大鼠卵白蛋白致敏模型。阳性药对照组灌胃氯雷他定5mg/kg,连续10d。采用ELISA法定量检测试验各组大鼠血清IgE、IL-4、IL-5的含量。结果:模型组IgE、IL-4、IL-5的含量显著高于正常组(P<0.05);乳酸杆菌组IgE、IL-4、IL-5的含量均显著低于模型组(P<0.05);乳酸杆菌组各项指标与阳性药对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:乳酸杆菌可降低AR大鼠血清中IgE、IL-4和IL-5含量,减轻鼻黏膜变应性炎症。
Objective: To explore the effect of lactobacillus on serum IgE,IL-4 and IL-5 levels of allergic rhinitis(AR) rats.Methods: 40 rats SD were randomly divided into normal group,model group,lactobacillus group and positive drug control group.Lactic acid bacteria group was given stomach irrigation of lactobacillus living bacterium preparations,1.5mg/g diluted by sterile solution everyday for 3 weeks;normal group,model group and positive drug control group were given diluted sterile solution for 3 weeks.Rat LuanBai protein sensitization model was established.Positive drug control group was irrigated with loratadine,5 mg/kg,for 10d;ELISA quantitative test was used to determine serum IgE,IL-4,IL-5 content.Results: IgE,IL-4,IL-5 content in model group was significantly higher than that in normal group(P〈0.05);IgE,IL-4,IL-5 content in lactic acid bacteria group was significantly lower than that in model group(P〈0.05);the index of lactobacillus group compared with that of positive drug group had no statistical significance.Conclusion: Lactic acid bacteria can reduce IgE,IL-4 and IL-5 content in AR rat's serum,and reduce nasal mucosa allergic inflammation.
