某高校校医院处方现状分析

Current situation analysis of prescription in a university hospital

目的:了解目前高校校医院门诊处方的不合理情况,提高医师和药师合理用药水平。方法:抽取2010年全年门诊处方4026人次,并根据新的处方管理办法、药品说明书、临床药理学知识及相关文献资料,对不合理处方进行统计分析。结果:不合理处方543张(占13.48%),不合理处方主要反映在给药次数不合理、单次剂量不达标、选药不当、配伍不合理、重复用药及书写不规范等。结论:校医院医生应提高业务知识,注意用药的合理性和书写的规范性。

Objective： To understand the current unreasonable situation of university hospital outpatient prescription for improving the level of rational use of drugs.Methods： 4026 outpatient prescriptions in year 2010 were statistically analyzed according to new prescription management method,manual of medicines and chemical reagents,clinical pharmacology knowledge and related literature data.Results： 543 unreasonable prescriptions（13.48%） were found,mainly reflected in the unreasonable dosage,single dose not reaching the reguired standard,wrong drug selection and compatibility,and improper unreasonable,repeated drug use and writing norms.Conclusion： The school hospital doctor should improve his professional knowledge,takes care of the rationality of drug use and the writing norms.
