摘要
目的:为涉外护理专业多元文化护理教学的改进提出几点建议。方法:介绍多元文化护理的核心思想,阐述多元文化护理教学的必要性,指出当前多元文化护理存在的问题,针对问题提出改进的意见。结果:多元文化护理课程在涉外护理教学中的重要性逐渐凸显;仍存在师资力量不足、教学中缺少案例分析、学生缺乏动力等问题。结论:课程建设应当以文化能力培养为中心。教师应将国内外多元文化护理案例引入讲义,同时将案例分析法引入课堂教学,并在课外组织"文化角"活动,增强学生自主学习能力。
Objective： To provide some suggestions on how to improve the teaching of multicultural nursing for foreign-concerned nursing speciality.Methods：Core idea of multicultural nursing was explained.Necessity of the teaching of multicultural nursing was expounded.Current problems concerned were pointed out while methods of solution were suggested.Results： The importance of multicultural nursing course is more and more widely accepted than it used to be.Howerver,problems such a s lack of experts on multi-cultural nursing education,insufficient case study and lack of motivation on the part of students do exist.Conclusion： The development of
