摘要
利用SSR标记分析了32份糯玉米自交系的遗传多样性与亲缘关系,用91对扩增带型稳定的SSR引物从供试材料中检测出630个等位基因变异,每对引物检测等位基因3~16个,平均为6.92个;SSR标记的多态性信息量值介于0.34~0.91之间,平均为0.72;供试材料间的遗传距离变幅为0.57~0.92,平均为0.78。利用UPGMA聚类分析法,将所有供试材料分为4类,分别为通系5类群、衡白522类群、中玉04类群和混合类群,划分结果基本符合自交系的来源情况。
The genetic diversity and relationship of 32 waxy corn inbred lines were studied by SSR markers.Ninety-one pairs of SSR primers giving stable amplified band pattern detected 630 alleles among the lines tested.The average number of alleles per SSR locus was 6.92 with the range from 3 to 16.The value of polymorphism information content(PIC) for each SSR locus varied from 0.34 to 0.91,with the average of 0.72.The genetic distance ranged from 0.57 to 0.92,with the average of 0.78.The result of clustering analysis showed that the 32 inbred lines were divided into Tongxi 5 subgroup,Hengbai 522 subgroup,Zhongyu 04 subgroup,and Hunhe subgroup by UPGMA method.The clustering results were similar to that based on geographical resource and germplasm genealogy.
