摘要
在自然条件下对香樟叶片生理指标的动态变化进行了研究,结果表明:2011年11月~2012年1月香樟叶片的相对电导率和丙二醛含量缓慢上升,而后上升幅度加大;游离脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白质含量在越冬期间保持较高水平;2011年11月~2012年1月可溶性糖逐渐增加,4月有所下降;叶绿素含量在整个越冬期间相对比较稳定。漯河地区香樟的抗寒能力与电导率变化具有密切关系,在低温胁迫下细胞膜的破坏是香樟叶片受伤的重要原因之一。
In natural conditions we studied the dynamic changes in the physiological indexes of Cinnamomum camphora leaf to provide references for introduction.The results showed that MDA content and relative electrical conductivity from November to January increased first slowly and then rapidly.Free proline and soluble protein contents kept at a high level during overwintering.Soluble sugar content gradually increased from November to January,and then decreased in April.Chlorophyll content was relatively stable during overwintering.This showed the cold resistance of Cinnamomum camphora had close relation with the conductance changes in Luohe.So,the cell membranous destruction of Cinnamomum camphora was one of the most important reasons for the leaf injury at low temperature.
