21%吡蚜酮·醚菊酯悬浮剂的高效液相色谱分析

Analysis of 21% Pymetrozine·Etofenprox Suspending Agent by HPLC Method

采用反相高效液相色谱法对21%吡蚜酮.醚菊酯悬浮剂中吡蚜酮和醚菊酯的质量分数进行了定量测定。结果表明,该方法具有较高的精密度和准确度,其重复测定结果的变异系数为0.085%～0.094%,平均回收率为100.1%～101.2%。

The quantitative analysis of Pymetrozine and Etofenprox in 21% Pymetrozine·Etofenprox suspending agent by HPLC was conducted here.The results showed that it was a good method with high precision and accuracy.The variation coefficient ranged from 0.085% to 0.094%,and the average recovery ranged from 100.1% to 101.2%.
