摘要
以稻壳为研究对象,采用单因素试验设计,菌剂添加量为稻壳干物质重量的1%、2%、3%、5%、7%、9%,对稻壳基质化腐熟处理微生物菌剂最适添加量进行研究。结果表明:添加微生物菌剂越多,物料堆体温度达到最高温度的速度越快,但维持的高温时间较短,添加1%菌剂稻壳达到温度最高,为52℃,且高温过程维持时间较长;菌剂不同添加量对稻壳有机质含量、C/N比影响不大,均达到腐熟标准;从基质理化性质、育苗效果及生产成本综合考虑,添加干物质量1%菌剂腐熟效果最好,大规模生产中添加量可减少。
In order to find the best rate of microbial inoculant to facilitate composfing of rice husks, a single factor experimental trial was conducted. This involved treatments of adding inoculant to rice husk at rates of 1%, 2%, 3%, 5%, 7% and 9% of dry weight. The results showed that higher amounts of microbial inocu- lant resulted in higher temperatures during composting and the peak temperature was reached faster, but the duration of the peak temperature was shorter. In contrast, with addition of just 1% microbial inoculant, the maximum temperature was 52 ~C and this temperature was maintained for a long time. The organic matter con- tent and C/N ratio of the rice husk did not seem to influence the optimal amount of microbial inoculant. It was concluded that adding microbial inoculants at the rate of 1% of rice husk dry weight was optimal based on a criteria matrix that included physicochemical properties of the compost, subsequent effects on seedling growth and production cost. It also appeared that the rate of inoculant could well be reduced below the 1% level for mass media production.
