摘要
大型钢筋混凝土筒仓被广泛用作粮食、矿产、水泥等的储藏结构,其具有群体施工、直径和高度大的特点,一般适用滑模工艺施工。作为粮食储藏结构的筒仓,对结构混凝土的抗渗性还具有较高的要求;随着清水混凝土技术的出现,对筒仓的外观质量要求也越来越高。本文结合南沙港区粮食筒仓工程的施工实践,阐述了筒仓抗渗清水混凝土滑模施工的关键技术。
Large reinforced concrete silo is widely used as a grain, mineral, cement and other storage structure. It is characterized with group construction, large diameter and height. It is usually constructed with sliding mode tech- nique. As a grain storage structure, the silo has a higher requirement in impermeability. With the emergence of fare-faced concrete, appearance quality is required higher and higher. In this paper, the slip form construction in Nansha Port grain silo project is considered. The key slip form technology of impermeable fare-faced concrete in si- lo is introduced.
