摘要
综合考虑配电网承受能力和用户充电的便利性,提出了充电站服务半径和规模两阶段优化方法。基于用户充电便利性初步确定充电站服务半径;在分析电动汽车充电行为的基础上,建立了充电服务系统的排队模型,用考虑土地成本及电网谐波治理费用等因素的综合成本最小目标函数来优化充电机数量;根据配电网允许的最大接入功率,最终确定目标充电站的服务半径和规模。对假设算例的分析求解,验证了该方法的有效性和准确性。
Abstract: Taking the affordability of distribution network and the convenience of charging for consumers into consid- eration, this paper proposes a two - phase optimization for radius and scale of charging station service. Based on the radius of charging station service initially determined by consumer convenience and the analysis of charging action of electric vehicle, the paper also establishes the queuing model of charging service system, optimizes the number of chargers according to the minimum target function of integrated cost considering local cost and treatment expense of harmonic, and finally determines the radius and scale of service for the target charging station on the basis of maximum access power allowed by electric network. The analysis and solution of the supposed example verifies the effectiveness and correctness of the method.
