摘要
为了准确核定燃煤电厂SO2的排放量,在混合烟道内找到脱硫烟气在线监测系统测点,阐述了烟道内速度相对稳定点选择的设计思想,确定了混合烟道内烟气的平均流速,进行了混合烟道平均流速测点选择,同时对混和烟道平均速度进行了校核性试验。试验结果表明,烟气平均速度可采用烟道截面网格法直接测量,能够获得相对较短混合烟道内代表烟道内速度且相对稳定点作为烟气在线监测系统测点。
Abstract: In order to accurately verify the emission of SO2 in coal - fired power plant and to select the measuring point of flue gas desulphurization online monitoring system in mixed flue, this paper expounds the design thinking of the selection of relatively anchoring point of velocity in flue, determines the average velocity of gas in mixed flue, selects the average velocity measuring point and tests and checks the average velocity. The test result shows that the average velocity of gas can be directly measured by flue section gTid method, and at the meantime the velocity in the relatively short flue can be worked out to represent that in flue and the relatively anchoring point is selected as measuring point of flue gas desulphurization online monitoring system.
