摘要
针对火电机组普遍存在的低压缸抽汽超温现象,分析了机组抽汽超温的原因,提出了抽汽插管密封方式、隔板套轴向定位面加装阻汽片及消除中分面漏气的改造方案。该改造方案实施后,可有效减少低压缸抽汽超温现象,降低机组热耗,节约能源。
Abstract:Aiming at the common overheating extraction steam in thermal power unit, this paper analyzes the rea- sons for overheating and proposes the improvement plan, by which the sealing method for extraction pipe is sugges- ted, and the steam - resistance tablet is installed on the axial locating surface of blade ring and the horizontal joint leakage is eliminated. The application of the plan is proved to be able to ease overheating extraction steam in low pressure cylinder, reduce heat consumption and save energy.
