摘要
针对群力新区供电中压配电网在哈尔滨地区供电电压序列中首次采用20kV电压等级供电问题,阐述了20kV电压等级供电的必要性及存在的问题,并对20 kV配电网小电阻接地方式的特点及电阻的选择计算进行了分析。分析结果表明,群力新区中压配电网较适合采用20 kV电压等级供电,供电系统中性点宜采用小电阻接地方式。
Abstract: On the basis of the middle - voltage distribution network of Qunli District which adopts 20 kV power sup- ply system in voltage array of Harbin power supply system, this paper expounds the necessity and problems of 20 kV power supply system, and analyzes the characteristic 20 kV distribution network with low resistance grounding and the selection of resistance.
