摘要
目的比较Er:YAG激光与车针备洞对兔牙髓组织的影响。方法将48只雄性大耳白兔随机分为3组:对照组(A组)、Er:YAG激光组(B组)和车针组(C组),每组16只。各组在24 h、3 d、7 d和14 d随机处死4只,采集牙髓组织标本,制作连续切片,光镜下观察牙髓组织病理变化及免疫组化检测诱导型HSP70的表达。结果 A组各时间点诱导型HSP70均阴性表达。B组和C组随着时间的推移诱导型HSP70阳性表达均表现为由弱到强再减弱,但C组各时间点的诱导型HSP70阳性表达均明显强于B组。炎症表现C组早于B组,且B组炎症恢复正常的速度明显较C组快。A组无炎症表现。结论 Er:YAG激光备洞对兔牙髓组织影响明显小于车针备洞,且Er:YAG激光备洞后兔牙髓组织恢复速度明显快于车针备洞。
Objective To compare the effects of Er: YAG laser and high speed drill for cavity preparation on rabbit dental pulp tissue.Methods Forty-eighty male rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: control group(group A),Er:YAG laser group(group B)and drill group(group C).Four rabbits were randomly killed 24 hours and 3,7 and 14 days respectively after treatment in each group.Dental pulp tissue specimens were collected were serially cut into sections.The pathological changes in pulp tissue were observed under a light microscope and the expression of inducible HSP70 was detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results The expression of inducible HSP70 was negative at each time point in group A.With the passage of time,the positive expression of inducible HSP70 firstly increased and then decreased in group B and group C.But the positive expression in group C was significantly higher than that in group B at each time point.Inflammatory manifestations in group C appeared earlier than those in group B,and the speed of inflammatory recovery in group B was faster than that in group C.There were no inflammatory manifestations in group A.Conclusion Er: YAG laser for cavity preparation has less effect on dental pulp tissue and results in quicker restoration of dental pulp than high speed drill in rabbits.
