摘要
针对比例计无线电引信的延时接电控制精度低,装定不方便,并且无法满足自行多管火箭炮无线电引信的装定要求等问题,将电子时间引信的电子定时和有线遥控自动装定技术引入无线电引信。该引信模块以通用的微控制器定时为基础,通过微控制器和引信装定器进行有线通信,装定引信延时接电时间和作用方式信息,通过程序控制多路独立的电子开关逻辑组合实现引信的延时接电,并按所选择的作用方式起爆。检测和试验表明:该延时接电控制具有稳定可靠、精度高、温度特性好、控制通路多、装定便捷、通用性好等优点。
Aiming at the problems of low precision on closing control and inconvenient setting of percentage me- ter radio fuze,which could not meet the requirement of self-propelled multi-barrel rocket launcher radio fuze, a new delay closing control method with remote setting in multi-option fuze was put forward in this paper. Based on universal micro^eontroller timing, delay closing time and function mode were set by the wire communication between micro-controller and fuze setter. The delay closing was realized by several program-controlled transistor switching circuits which connect fuze power supply and firing control set, and it would detonate on the set mode. it was proved by examinations and tests that the delay closing control method had advantages of higher preci- sion, reliability and generality,more convenience and control channels.
