摘要 在铅蓄电池制造正极板合膏时,添加石墨和4BS晶种后,分别在45℃、65℃、75℃条件下固化干燥,形成生极板,然后进行化成,生成熟极板。对生极板和熟极板进行SEM分析和XRD分析,结果表明:在不添加4BS晶种时,45℃低温固化不能形成4BS;添加4BS晶种后,45℃低温固化能够形成较多的4BS成份。在65℃、75℃高温度固化时,添加4BS晶种,明显地细化了形成的4BS晶粒。添加0.2%石墨后,对添加4BS晶种的相应条件下固化的产品,与不添加石墨的比较,对形成4BS结构和成份的影响不大。 During the paste mixing of positive plate, adding graphite and tetra-basic lead sulfate "seed", the different plates cured under different curing temperatures of 45 ℃,65℃ and 75℃ were obtained. Then formation is done afterwards. By comparing the cured plate and the formed plate, it was concluded that, without tetra-basic lead sulfate seed, 4BS crystal could not be gaten, however, with the help of "seed", a considerable amount of 4BS crystal was gotten, while under the curing temperature of 65℃ and 75℃, the 4BS crystal was smaller than that of 45℃. 0.2% graphite was added in the positive plate under the same curing condition, but there was no any big difference with the crystal without graphite.
