摘要
通过流延法以及复合膜工艺,制得了聚四氟乙烯增强复合全氟磺酸质子交换膜;对其电导率、力学性能、透氢性及尺寸稳定性等性能进行了研究。研究发现,流延法制得的聚四氟乙烯增强复合全氟磺酸质子交换膜基本达到国际同类产品的性能水平,满足质子交换膜燃料电池的应用要求,某些指标的水平甚至超过了国际同类产品。
Proton exchange membrane reinforced by ePTFE microporous membrane was prepared by tape casting method and composite membrane technics. Its electrical conductivity, mechanical properties, hydrogen permeability and dimensional stability and other properties were studied. It was found that the performance of ePTFE reinforced composite perfluorinated proton exchange membrane reached the international level of similar products, which could meet the application requirements of PEMFC. And even some parameters of this membrane were better than that of the similar international products.
