摘要
对2001年至2005年中国大陆80家机场进行实证研究,将其分为三种不同类型的机场,每种类型机场的运营模式和运营环境存在明显差异。各机场在对自身经营策略进行调整时,应根据自身所属类别及实际特征,采取不同的具体决策来改善经营效率。政府部门在对机场进行宏观管控中,需要考虑机场所属具体类别的总体特征与发展重点,实施分类管理,针对不同类型的机场采取不同的措施。
Cluster analysis and data envelopment analysis is adopted for benchmarking management of air- port efficiency, and it is divided into three steps, namely defining airport categories, determining bench- marking airport, and analyzing efficiency differences. This method is used to conduct empirical studies on 80 airports of China's Mainland from 2001 to 2005. Airports are divided into three categories, and obvious differences exist in the operational mode and operational environment of each category. Therefore, when airports adjust their own operational strategies, they will adopt different concrete decisions to improve op- erational efficiency based on their own categories and actual characteristics. In macro management and con- trol, government organizations also need to consider overall characteristics of each category of airport and its development emphasis. Category management is implemented for different categories of airports to adopt different measures.
