摘要
高等教育从精英化教育转向大众化教育带来的高校人才培养矛盾以及现阶段的社会矛盾,对高校教育管理模式提出了新的挑战。分层教育是实现高等教育大众化阶段多元化、多样化和特色化质量观的有效途径,也符合社会对人才需求的多层次性。从不同的角度设立子系统管理方案体现出大系统分散控制理论在管理学应用中优势。全员、全程、全方位的"三全育人"模式是利用复杂大系统分散控制理论实现分层教育管理,强化过程监控,提高本科生整体培养质量的有效途径。
The contradiction in talent development of universities brought about by the transformation of higher education from elite education to civilian education, as well as current social contradictions, chal- lenges the educational management patterns of universities. Stratified education is an effective path for the multiples diversified, and characteristic educational view of civilian higher education and meet the multi- level demands of society for the talents. The design of sub-system management plans from different per- spectives reflects the advantages for the application of decentralized mega-system control theory. The "Three-all" mode, namely, all-members, all-process, all-direction, is an effective path of utilizing decen- tralized mega-system control system theory to realize stratified educational management, strengthen pro- cess monitoring, and improve the comprehensive development quality of undergraduates.
