以柔性管理创新高职院考务管理机制的策略探讨 被引量:3

摘要 柔性管理是以"以人为本"为核心的科学发展观的本质体现。考务的柔性化管理内涵丰富,考前要凸显人性需要的满足;考中要努力开发激励力量,倡导参与式管理;考后要注重平等交流,相互支持来实现管理过程和谐统一。当前高职院校创新"以人为本"柔性化考务管理对策包括:树立大考务观念,实行考风教育与考务管理的有机统一;延伸考务管理功能,实行考前、考中、考后管理的有机统一;细化考务管理流程,实行机制和制度的有机统一;加大考试制度改革的力度,实行以考促教、以考促学、以考促管的有机统一。 Flexible management essentially reflects Scientific Outlook on Development centered on human- ism. It emphasizes on human's emotional requirements and social demands. The unique characteristics of higher vocational education determine the value orientation and the modes of thinking by carrying the flexi- ble management in vocational colleges. This paper firstly analyzes the contents and characteristics of col- lege examination management and points out the main problems existing in the work. Then it explores strategies of promoting examination by making it institutionalized, standardized, and scientific. It aims at giving full play to the functions of examinations such as inspection, evaluation, diagnosis, feedback and in- centive and promoting the healthy development of students by introducing modern "flexible management" philosophy and adopting a humanistic thinking. It finally raises the effective measures for strengthening the scientific management of examination affairs.
