An Application Research on Modern Item Management in Campus Informatization

从现代项目管理角度分析了校园信息化项目管理中存在的问题,指出了校园信息化项目管理运用现代项目管理的特殊性,从组织结构、加强实施控制和团队建设等方面提出了改进校园信息化项目管理的若干建议.

This paper firstly analyzed some disadvantages of the campus informatiz ation project from the point of view of the modern project management,then poin ted out the particularity of the campus informatization project management and t he application of the modern project management,and finally gave some suggestio ns to improve the campus informatization project management from the perspective s of organization structure,strengthening implement control and team constructi on.
