建立健全高校党内人文关怀机制的思考与探索

党的十七大报告中提出"要建立健全党内激励、关怀、帮扶机制,关心和爱护基层干部、老党员、生活困难党员",十八大报告又提出要"加强和改进思想政治工作,注重人文关怀和心理疏导"。如何以人为本,做好新形势下党内人文关怀工作已经成为高校基层党建的重大课题。本文在分析党内人文关怀重要性的基础上,针对高校党内关怀出现的新问题、新情况,探索建立健全党内人文关怀机制的新思路。
