摘要 按开放式系统互连参考模型层次的顺序,从下至上地介绍了各层对移动性支持的研究进展,总结其优势和不足,指出切换设计和服务质量保证决定移动互联网的成败,而重叠覆盖网络优化、基于效用模型的服务质量保证技术对移动互联网接入质量至关重要。最终说明容断网络、云平台和数据融合技术的结合可实现以较小代价获得较好的移动互联网质量。 The research development of mobility-supporting technologies was described in accord- ance with seven-layer-protocol of the Open-System-Interconnect. The support of the individual layers in the mobile access was discussed. The strengths and weaknesses of the current wireless Internet access technologies were analysed. The handover-design and quality-of-service technologies concerns the success of mobile-Internet. Moreover, mobile-Internet overlapping-coverage-network optimiza- tion, utility-model-based service-of-quality technologies also affect the performance of mobile-Inter- net. It is suggested that the integration of multi-technologies such as disruption-tolerant-network opti- mization, clouding platform and data fusion would be conducive to achieving high quality mobile In- ternet access at lower costs.
