试论德阳城市景观建设的人文关怀

On Humanistic Care in Urban Landscape Construction of Deyang

在德阳市委、市政府提出"一三五八"发展战略,加快把德阳建设成为山水宜居城市的重要背景下,针对德阳城市景观建设的历史和现状,通过对德阳市区主要的景观建设工程(如旌湖滨水空间、东湖山公园、孔庙及文庙广场等)的考察,分析和研究在其设计和建设过程中如何坚持以人为本、体现人文关怀,打造具有良好人文气息的宜居环境,从而提高城市的文化品位和市民的文化素养。

Under the background of Deyang Municipal Party Committee ＆ Municipal Government puts forward ＂one three five eight＂ development strategy and builds Deyang into a livable city, and in view of the history and current status of Deyang city landscape construction, this paper investigates the main urban landscape construction projects, analyzes and studies how to adhere to the people-oriented and embody the humanistic care in the design and construction process. Creating a livable environment with good cultural atmosphere, thereby enhancing the city＇s cultural taste and cultural awareness of the public.
