摘要
在我国高等职业教育人才培养模式改革过程中,工学结合已成为重要切入点,各高职院校积极探索与企业合作,推行了各种具有特色的工学结合模式。文章分析了工学结合与相关概念间的关系及其定位,尝试将我国较具代表性的工学结合模式分为"2+1""、2+1+2+1"、"校企合一"、"订单式"几种典型类型,并提出我国工学结合人才培养模式的实施路径应是"多方位、全过程"的。
In the reform process of our country higher vocational education personnel training mode, work-study combination becomes an important point. Every higher vocational college actively explores cooperation with enterprises, and implements all kinds of distinctive work-study combination modes. This article analyzes the relationship between work-study combination and the related notions and its position, tries to classify some representative work-study combi- nation modes in our country into several typical types "2+ 1 ","2+1 +2+ 1", "unity of schools and enterprises", and "order form", and suggests the implementation ways of our country work-study combination personnel training modes should be "multiple and in the whole process".
