摘要
该文介绍了通过工艺、机械、电仪、操作协调来实现厚板淬火板型的控制,从设备精度和板型现状出发,根据材料学及热能工程的理论,通过计算机分析、模型模拟、数据处理等。分析了导致板型问题的成因,用实验总结提炼水量配比、开口度、钢板走速的关系,形成经验公式,使板型控制达到理想效果。
The flatness control in the plate quenching operation can he achieved through the coordination of technology, machinery, electronic instrument and operation. Proceeding from the equipment accuracy and plate flatness status and based on the material science and thermal engineering theory, apply the computer analysis, model simulation and data processing technology for the flatness control. Analyze the reasons that resuh in the poor flatness and verify the relationship of water ratio, opening, plate running speed and establish the empirical formula to achieve the ideal flatness control.
