摘要
领导干部如何树立正确的权力观,是新形势下党的建设面临的新的挑战,是有效预防腐败的前提。领导干部要做到"八慎",即慎权、慎欲、慎微、慎独、慎始、慎言、慎情、慎终。只有这样才能真正为民掌好权、用好权。
How to establish correct concepts of power of cadres is a new challenge in Party construction under the new situation and also is effective in the prevention of corruption.Cadres should accomplish Eight Cautions,namely the cautions in power,speeches,desires,reflection,triflings,beginning,love and ending.Only in this way can cadres well control the power and utilize the power for the people.
