α-磷酸三钙生物陶瓷充填根尖骨缺损根管的临床研究

Clinical observation on effect of α tricalcium phosphate filled in rood canal with osseous defects

目的 观察α TCP(α 磷酸三钙生物陶瓷 )作为根充材料对因感染致根尖周骨缺损的治疗作用及影响。方法 应用α TCP糊剂作为根充材料 ,以牙胶尖作为对照组 ,对 1 5～ 70岁的患者 ,共计 1 5 6个因感染致根尖骨缺损的根管进行充填 ,于术后即刻 ,术后 6月进行复诊检查。结果 观察显示除适填 ,欠填外 ,超填和在不同年龄 ,牙位α TCP糊剂治疗成功率均优于对照组 ,有高度显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;不同牙位、年龄之间α TCP糊剂的治疗成功率无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而超填时治疗成功率优于适填与欠填 ,两者间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;α TCP糊剂与牙胶尖治疗的总成功率分别是 79.1 %和 5 0 .6 % ,两者之间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 α TCP糊剂对尖周组织无刺激 ,无年龄及牙位选择 ,适当超填可促进尖周骨缺损修复 ,超填材料可完全吸收 ,但根管内吸收普遍 。

Objective To observe the effects of α TCP on apical paradentitis with periapical osseous defects.Methods Root canals with ossous defects were filled with α TCP in 156 cases. The patients were observed for 6 months after treatment according to the radiography feature and the clinical symptom. Results The tolal successful rate of α TCP group was 79.1 percent, The control group was 50.6 percent. The difference in succes sful rate between over filled case and less filled case were statistically significant( P <0 05).Conclusion The effect of α TCP group was better than that of control group. A little over filled materials were absorbed with time and promoted the progress of periapical osseous defect reconstruction, The partly absorbed materical in rool canal was also observed, And the discoloration of teeth was not found as well as.
