摘要
高校职务犯罪不仅造成了国有资产的大量流失,也干扰和破坏了高校的改革与发展,文章列举了高校职务犯罪的种种表现,分析了其特点和产生的原因。
Duty crimes in colleges and universities have caused great loss of state-owned assets and interfere and harm the revolution and development of the colleges and universities.This paper lists the various duty crimes,analyzes their causes and illustrates the countermeasures to prevent them.
