摘要
目的 研制用于研抛钴铬合金铸件的超声波研抛仪。方法 制造超声波发生器和手机式超声振动系统 ,调试安装成齿科用超声波研抛仪 ,以白刚玉微粉为磨料 ,研抛 40片钴铬合金试件 ,测量试件表面粗糙度。结果 研制出超声波研抛仪 ,该仪器研抛钴铬合金试件 ,显著降低其表面粗糙度。结论 新研制的超声波研抛仪能有效研抛钴铬合金铸件 。
Objective To develop the dental ultrasonic polishing instrument used in polishing chromium cobalt castings. Methods According to the principle of ultrasonic vibrating and polishing, the ultrasonic polishing device was made and debugged with ultrasonic generator, ultrasonic vibration system. 40 finished specimens of chromium cobalt alloys were polished by the device with alumina abrasives, the surface roughness of the specimens were measured. Results The ultrasonic polishing instrument which could reduce significantly the surface roughness of the specimens was made.Conclusion The dental ultrasonic polishing instrument was effective on the polishing of Chromium Cobalt castings.
