摘要
本文作者结合自身应用经验,基于UG NX软件CAD技术,针对注塑模具分型设计过程中最大截面轮廓位于圆弧面上的塑料产品,分型线难以确定具体位置,难以通过抽取零件边缘曲线等常规方法进行创建的问题,介绍了几种操作简单但行之有效的分型线创建方法。
With the application experience,the author introduced several simple and effecfive methods of parting lines based on UG NX of CAD technology,and aims at maximum cross-sectional profile in the arc surface of the plastic products in typing the design process of the injection mold.It’s difficult for the parting line to determine the specific location,and the conventional method is difficult to create the edge curve of extract parts.
