摘要
本文根据现厂调质处理N80Q无缝管常出现直度不合格的问题为依据,分析了出现问题的根源,得出淬火温降不均产生的热应力是导致直度不合的主要原因。组织转变产生的组织应力对其影响较小。提出相应的工艺参数的优化措施来减少直度不合格率。
The paper was based on the common problems of seamless pipes-failure in straightness in quenched processing with N80Q in factory.It analyzed the root causes of the problems and concluded that heat stress which was generated by uneven temperature dropping of quenching is the main reason for straightness failure.The organizational stress made smaller impacts on straightness.The optimization of process parameters was put forward to reduce the failure rate of the straightness
