摘要
早产儿视网膜病变(ROP)是指视网膜血管的异常增殖性疾病,是儿童致盲的主要原因。早产儿视网膜血管发育不完善是其根本原因。现就近年对ROP发病率、病因、发病机制、诊断及治疗等方面的最新研究进展进行综述,以提高对本病的认识,从而降低ROP发生率,改善儿童生存质量。
Retinopathy of prematurity（ROP） is a disease of abnormal proliferation of retinal vessel, which is a major cause of blindness in children. Developmental immaturity of retinal vessel is the basic reason in premature infants. We focus on incidence,etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment and other new research of ROP,in order to improve knowledge of it ,and reducing the incidence rate, improve the life quality of the children.
