摘要
目的探讨HIV感染者/AIDS患者合并机会性感染住院患者死亡的危险因素。方法用回顾性调查方法,分析和比较2006-2010年贵港市人民医院住院的322例HIV/AIDS合并机会性感染住院患者中死亡病例和存活病例的人口学资料、临床特征和实验室检查,应用多因素Logistic回归分析探讨导致患者死亡的危险因素。结果 CD4+T淋巴细胞计数≤200×106/L(X1)和抗结核治疗不规范(X3)为HIV/AIDS合并机会性感染患者死亡危险因素,X1相应统计参数OR=9.381:1(4.939,17.818;95%CI。结论 CD4+T淋巴细胞计数与HIV/AIDS合并机会性感染患者的预后有一定的关联。
Objective To explore the risk factors of death from the people infected with HIV and AIDS patients in hospital with opportunistic infection. Methods Retrospective study was carried out and the demography, clinical and laboratory features of 322 patients with HIV/AIDS opportunistic infections admitted to the people＇ s hospital of Guigang from 2006 - 2010 were analyzed. Multifactorial analysis was done by using logistic regression to find the risking factors of death. Results The results of logistic regression showed that CD4~ T lymphocyte count ≤ 200 × 106/L （X1）, Hb≤80g/L （X2） and non-standardized anti-TB treatment were the major risk factors of death, Conclusions There is a certain relation between CD4＋ T lymphocyte count≤200 × 106/L （X1）, Hb≤80g/L （X2） and non-standardized anti-TB treatment and HIV/AIDS with opportunistic infection patient＇ s prognosis.
