The PE Psychology Practice and Development in PE Teaching

由于体育心理学在体育教学过程中发挥着极其重要的作用,通过对体育心理学和体育运动进行深入的分析探索体育心理学的内涵、产生的背景以及体育运动学之间的深层次关系.具体分析了当前体育教学过程中存在的种种问题,指出体育心理学对体育的促进作用,最后给出了体育教学中与心理学的具体实践方法,提出了体育心理学与现实教学相结合的方法和策略以及在教学实践中如何及时调整运用体育心理学理论的策略.

PE psychology plays an important role in PE teaching. At first, this paper analyzed PE psy- chology and PE teaching by exploring the connotation of PE psychology, its background, the relationship with PE teaching. Then, it pointed out the problems in current PE teaching, and PE psychology can help to solve these problems. Finally, it presented the practical methods to apply PE psychology to PE teaching. It put forward some methods and strategies to combine PE psychology and PE teaching, and how to promptly adjust PE teaching according to PE psychology.
