摘要 通过溶液聚合,合成含羧基的丙烯酸酯四元共聚物水溶胶,用水性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂HMMM交联剂热固交联水溶胶涂膜,通过系列涂膜性能测试,研究了交联剂对涂膜性能的影响;用红外光谱IR分析了水溶胶的交联度,用动态力学分析(DMA)研究了该涂膜的阻尼性能,用热膨胀仪研究了涂膜的耐热性能。实验表明,HMMM交联剂含量对涂膜的各项性能均有影响,热固交联反应形成致密的网状结构,涂膜的耐水性、耐化学性及力学性能等均较好;红外分析表明,水溶胶中的羧基参与固化;DMA测试和热膨胀分析表明,本涂膜阻尼性能和耐热性能良好。 In this paper, carboxyl-coutaining acrylate copolymer hydrosol was synthesized by solution polymerization and the film was thermoset-crosslinked with melamine formaldehyde resin HMMM crosslinking agent. The effects of crosslinking agent on the film properties were investigated through a series of tests. The crosslinking degree, damping properties and heat resistance were analysized by IR, DMA and thermal expansion apparatus respectively. The experimental results show that the dense network structure is formed during the thermoset-crosslinking reaction. The water resistance, chemical resistance and mechanical properties are all better. The earboxyl group is involved in the curing reaction by infrared analysis. DMA tests and thermal expansion analysis show the damping properties and heat resistance are both better.
