A Probe into the Reform Path of Law Teaching Methods Optimization at Undergraduate Level——With Legal Thinking Cultivation and Judicial Skills Training as the Goal

法学教育具有双重属性,既是法律职业教育,又是通识教育,映射到法学教育目标上主要是两个方向,即法律思维的培养和司法技能的培训。为了更好地实现法学教育的目标,必须反思当前法学教育的问题,才能找到本科院校法学教学方法优化改革的路径。本文重点对法学思维中心导向和司法技能重心导向的法学教育优化路径进行了探讨。

Legal education has double properties, which is both legal professional education and general education as well. As far as its education target is concerned, there are mainly two goals, namely law thinking cultivation and judicial skills training. In order to better achieve the goal of law education, we have to reflect on the current law education problems, thus we can find the reform path of law teaching methods optimization in the undergraduate colleges and universities.
