城镇弱势群体医疗保障问题探析

Analysis on Medical Security for the Vulnerable Groups in Cities and Towns

弱势群体医疗保障问题一直是社会关注的热点,也是医疗保障制度改革中的难点。研究新时期城镇弱势群体医疗保障问题,对于建立和完善弱势群体医疗保障制度具有重大的现实意义。本文对我国城镇弱势群体医疗保障现状及存在的问题进行了分析,提出了建立健全城镇弱势群体医疗保障体系、加大保障资金筹措力度、进一步完善社会救助制度等对策和建议,以期为解决我国城镇弱势群体医疗保障问题提供参考。

Medical security for vulnerable groups has always been the highlight of social concerns, and the difficulties in medical security reform as well. Therefore, there is great practical significance in the research on medical security for vulnerable groups in modern cities and towns, and its establishment and perfection. Based on the analysis on the current situation and existing problems in medical security for vulnerable groups in cities and towns of China, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions such as setting up and perfecting medical security for vulnerable groups in cities and towns, strengthening the efforts to raising funds, and further improving social assistance system, etc., which might be helpful to solve the problem in China.
