我国乡村医疗纠纷及其解决对策

Study on Rural Medical Disputes in China and the Countermeasures

近年来,乡村医疗纠纷明显增多,医疗纠纷的处理也存在一些因难。为更好地防范乡村医疗纠纷,寻求科学合理的处理方法,保障医患双方的合法权益,本文对乡村医疗纠纷的现状及特点进行了分析,并提出加大对乡村医疗服务体系的投入、完善乡村医师保障机制、落实乡村医师继续教育机制、完善农村医疗保障制度、构建ADR乡村医疗纠纷非诉讼解决机制,以及建立乡村医疗责任保险制度等防范和处理乡村医疗纠纷的对策建议。

In recent years, rural medical disputes increased significantly, and there are some difficulties in processing them. In order to better prevent rural medical disputes, explore scientific and reasonable processing methods, and guarantee the legal rights of both doctors and patients, this paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of rural medical disputes, and puts forward the following preventing and processing suggestions ： increasing the investment of rural medical service system, perfecting the security mechanism for rural doctors, implementing follow-up education mechanism for rural doctors, perfecting rural medical care system, constructing ADR rural alternative dispute resolution mechanism, and establishing rural medical liability insurance system, etc..
