摘要
目的观察人宫颈鳞状上皮细胞癌组织(简称宫颈癌)及正常宫颈上皮组织中钙激活性中电导钾离子通道(IKCal)mRNA表达变化,探讨其机制。方法采用RT-PCR方法分别检测15例宫颈癌组织和18例正常宫颈上皮组织中IKCalm RNA的表达变化。结果宫颈癌组织中IKCal mRNA阳性表达率为73.33%,表达水平为1.14±0.45;正常宫颈上皮组织中分别为11.11%和0.86±0.23(P均<0.05)。宫颈癌组织中存在更高表达的IKCalmRNA。结论宫颈癌组织中细胞核内IKCal mRNA表达明显高于正常宫颈组织,过度表达的IKCal可能是宫颈癌发生的机制之一。
Objective To compare the expression of intermediate-conductance-Ca2+-activated K+ channels′(IKCal) mRNA in the tissues of cervical cancer with the normal cervical tissue and discussits mechanism.Methods The IKCal mRNA expression was examined by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) in 15 cases of cervical cancer specimens and 18 cases of normal cervical specimens.Results In the 15 specimens of cervical cancer,the IKCal mRNA expression rate was 73.33% and its level was 1.14±0.45.In the 18 specimens of normal cervix,the IKCal mRNA expressiion rate was 11.11% and its level was 0.86±0.23.The expression rate and level of IKCal mRNA in cervical cancer were higher than in normal cervix(all P〈0.05).Conclusions The expression of IKCal mRNA is higher in the cervical cancer than that in the normal cervix.The over-expression of IKCal should be related with cervical cancer.
