表面活性蛋白-B在新生儿呼吸机相关性肺损伤中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 机械通气是危重新生儿呼吸衰竭时主要的抢救技术,已广泛应用于临床。目前,呼吸机相关性肺损伤(ventilator-in—duced iung injury,VILI)已经受到广泛关注,同时,肺泡表面活性物质(pulmonary surfactant,PS)的质和量改变是VILI的一个重要发病环节。
